Tapping Solution Meditations app is making it easier than ever before to use tapping to lower stress levels, reduce anxiety, get motivated, get better sleep, eliminate negative emotions and much more. Tapping Solution is a subscription based app with several options for free guided exercises. The app is very easy to follow with an excellent, short tutorial covering the basics of tapping and the 9 tapping path points on the face and body.
In under 5 minutes a user is well briefed and can get started. Each tapping exercise begins with a â€œset-upâ€ statement. This â€œset-upâ€ statement is repeated 3 times for the purpose of acknowledging feelings and giving self-permission to achieve the intended exerciseâ€™s goal. The exercise continues with guided instructions for completing a â€œroundâ€ of tapping points. Each round of tapping points are located at the eyebrow, side of eye, under eye, under nose, under mouth, collarbone point, under arm, and top of head.
Free content includes guided tappings for releasing anxiety, increasing motivation/productivity, supporting healing, and boasting happiness. Specific series have also been developed with most having one or two exercises as part of the free content. Lastly, there is content located in the â€œFoundation Seriesâ€ area of the app created specifically for teacher self care, military and veteran support, and for crisis support.
