Speak it! Text to Speech is an app used to type information or copy/paste information from another source to be read aloud to the user. It is very simple to use. This text to speech app is so powerful, it reproduces speech which is clear and natural sounding. When using an iPhone or iPad, there is an option to have your document, email, or text message read aloud to you.
We have used the Speak It! app with middle and high school students who have processing disorders, speech delays and autism. It has also been extremely helpful to adults with visual impairments, physical impairments and traumatic brain injuries.
