With iSO 4.2.1 You Can Now Prevent Apps From Being Deleted

With iOS 4.2.1 you can now prevent the deletion of applications by you or your kids.

With the release of iOS 4.2.1, Apple’s latest iPadsoftware you can now prevent the deletion of applications. This is a great feature. I can tell you how many times i have had to download the same app Noahaccidentally deleted.

Here is how to do it:

  1. Install iOS 4.2.1 on your iPad
  2. Go to the Settings app, then the General button/Tab, then tap Restrictions, than tap Enable Restrictions. Choose a password and switch Deleting Apps to off.
