In this video tutorial you will learn how to create shared notes in the Apple Notes App to help with family productivity.
Notes is a note-taking app that is included in all Apple devices. Jot down notes on the Notes app on a daily basis. This app allows users to create custom notes, checklists, and more, all in one place. Users can create notes manually or by asking Siri to start a new note for them. Within each of the notes, users can customize, add attachments, scan documents, and more. For example, users can add a checklist to their note, which allows them to visualize when they have completed their task. They can also add attachments to their notes, such as a map or photo. New features in Notes are the ability to sketch and the ability to scan documents.
The app allows typed notes as well as hand-drawn notes. You can also attach web links and photos. You can share a note and the person you share with can make changes to the note as a collaborator or can view the note, depending on how you set it up. You can also send your note via email, text message, Twitter, Facebook, Voxer, What’s App, LinkedIn, Trello and more. The notes in the Notes app are searchable. One of the newest features in Notes that is coming out with the iOS 17 update is the ability to link Notes to each other. This is a really great feature, especially for organization if you have a tendency to write long notes, etc.
