BridgingApps just published the following BridgingApps Reviewed App on the site:
Singing Fingers HD is a music app that lets you fingerpaint with sound. Touch the screen while you make a sound and colorful paint appears. Touch the paint to play back the sound again.
This app can have many uses based on the users needs or goals. We have used it to address communication, articulation and auditory goals by having students imitate sounds, words and ranges. Singing Fingers can also be used to work on fine motor skills where they can either imitate not only the sounds you create but the shapes or pictures you create. This can also be used to work on back and forth communication where each user builds on what the other has done.
Singing Fingers can be used in a variety of settings and populations as well as in individual or group settings.
