The app provides a gradual, self-guided training program designed to help you understand and adopt a simple mindfulness practice. Practicing mindfulness has shown to be helpful when it comes to dealing and coping with stress, thoughts of worry and emotions. Our users commented that this app helped them stay consistent with their mindfulness practice and some expressed how they felt much better because they were engaged in mindfulness on a consistent basis.
