Language Adventures is a board game app for up to four players. It is designed by speech therapists to be used in speech therapy sessions, but can also be used for home practice and in the classroom. The app is set in a board game format and targets language skills such as wh- questions, categories, inferences, antonyms, synonyms and multi-meaning words. Because of the format, it is also great for practicing turn-taking skills and being a graceful loser (or winner). We have used this app successfully with children between the ages of 7 and 11 with learning differences, speech and language delays and Autism.
