I\’m using iPod Air 2, iOS 9.3.2. The audio is turned on, volume is up and I\’m not getting any sound. What do I do? this applies to all the Autism iHelp apps I\’m running.
Hi Bob,
We are sorry that you are having this issue, as it can be frustrating when trying to access apps that you use all of the time. First step is to power the device down and restart. Often this simple step solves many problems. If this does not work, try swiping up from the bottom of your device to bring up the Control Center and check that your sound is on. Also check which items you have turned on in Settings/General/Sounds. Sometimes it is necessary to do a hard restart where you hold the power button down at the same time as your home button for a few seconds.
