TexasYouth2Adult: Recommended Resources for Medical Needs

A product of BridgingApps and Easter Seals Greater Houston, the TexasYouth2Adult (TY2A) website is an online resource library aimed at young adults who are transitioning to independent living with a disability. Resources are sorted into seven categories:

  1. Medical
  2. Education
  3. Social and Recreational
  4. Legal and Advocacy
  5. Financial Management
  6. Independent Living
  7. Employment

Over the next few weeks, we will be highlighting some recommended TY2A resources in various categories.

Three Recommended TY2A Medical and Health Resources
