Speech Therapy for Apraxia – Words is an app for individuals with apraxia, either children or adults. It can be used in a clinic setting or for home training. This app is a follow-up to the original syllable based app called Speech Therapy for Apraxia – NACD Home Speech Therapist. This word-level version presents patterns of articulation within words grouped by place of articulation. It begins with earliest developing patterns of production in words and progresses through levels of increasingly difficulty. In the final levels it provides sequences of random words that have been previously presented.
