The WW / WeightWatchers app is a user friendly “healthy eating” app. Rather than counting calories or requiring a certain daily amount of servings per food group, it assigns a “point value” to each food based on general health quality and the user’s individual needs. (A cup of green vegetables equals minus-one points!) Recommended daily and weekly points are calculated based on the user’s needs for losing or maintaining weight.
