BridgingApps just published the following BridgingApps Reviewed App on the site:
Tap-n-See Now Lite by Little Bear Sees is designed for children with cortical visual impairment (CVI), available for iPhone and iPad. This app targets the visual needs and preferences of children with CVI, such as preference for a single color, the need for movement in order to see an object, delayed response for objects in the visual field, and the need for a simple visual field.
The Lite version provides a limited set of functions from the full version. A single, solid color bear floats around the screen against a background. The user tracks the movement of the image. When the image is tapped, it increases in size and one of many pleasing sounds is played.
