Simply Being – Guided Meditation for Relaxation and Presence is a guided meditation app that can be used in the classroom or at home to help individuals practice the concept of mindfulness. Mindfulness is a way of paying attention to, and seeing clearly whatever is happening in our lives. This app allows the user or facilitator to choose from five meditation times and gives the option to listen to the guided meditation with or without music or nature sounds. The user can also listen to the music or nature sounds alone.
