Monkey Moe World Traveler – Geography kids apps is an educational app that will help children learn about the world. Early learners can can visit all seven continents and meet different animals and collect fruits.
BridgingApps reviewed this app with preschool children with developmental delays or autism. The children were entertained by the app and enjoyed feeding the animals and making the plane fly. Very little instruction was needed after the first time the monkey landed on a continent. The app was used to teach basic concepts such as up, down, in and out, basic vocabulary such as names of animals or fruit, and following simple instructions. The app is effective in its simplicity and calm presentation.
