The Little Red Hen is an interactive book app where the user can choose to read the book independently or have the book read aloud. The illustrations are charming and engaging. The story of the Little Red Hen is an old folk tale that teaches the virtues of the work ethic and personal initiative. We have used this app with children between the ages of 4 and 9 years old. The children we have used the app with have diagnoses of speech delay and autism.
