My Job Chart is a free, easy-to-use app that helps children of nearly all ages and abilities stay organized and on-task. This app is great resource for children with autism, ADD, ADHD, and OCD and similar disorders who may have difficulty focusing and completing daily activities. Family members each create their own profile within the app and individual tasks are organized in three drop-down menus. Parents have the ability to assign tasks and award points, whereas children are able manage their assigned jobs and organize their rewards. My Job Chart uses a point system for completed chores, and family members can choose to save, share or spend their points, helping children practice crucial financial management skills. Parents can customize this reward system by offering non-monetary rewards, like “go camping”, “make cookies”, etc., or they can offer retail rewards through Amazon.com.
