EMPOWER is a budgeting app that does more than just pay bills. It connects to all of your checking, savings, investment, and debt accounts. Empower allows for categorize all of your account. It will automatically set a budget for each category. Empower also recognizes recurring bills including any you might not be using. It will cancel those for you, but does not negotiate bills on your behalf.
