This is a great starter app for children with diabetes after they have developed an individual eating plan with their Certified Diabetes Educator or Registered Dietitian. Typically a scary and overwhelming time when first diagnosed, this app is straightforward and friendly in its ability to tackle the abstract concept of carbohydrate content in food.
