Airfoil Satellite is a free companion iOS and/or Android app for the commercial Airfoil program which runs on a Mac or Windows computer. Airfoil Satellite acts as an audio receiver and remote control for a copy of Airfoil running on a computer. This means you could plug your iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, or Android device into headphones or speakers and send audio to it. You can also use the app to select the audio source and play, pause, or switch tracks from the mobile device without needing to sit at your computer and use the Airfoil interface.
