3rd Grade Splash Math is a great app that is fun and interactive for students to practice math skills. This app covers over 200 different math skills allowing for personalized learning. One feature this app has that is great for students who have attention deficit disorder and need frequent breaks is a “work break.†A “work break†allows the student to enjoy some fun by playing with creatures in an aquarium. Splash Math is available for grade levels 1-4 and has the same number of covered concepts within the app, but pertaining to that specific grade level. All of the content in this app is also aligned to Common Core standards. We have used this app in the classroom with third graders who have ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorders.
