Futaba Classroom Games for Kids is a great multi-player, educational app. Customizable with your own material, users can use this app for almost any goal or area of study in a classroom. The app comes with many pre-programmed games including Dolch sight words, math games at a variety of levels, learning letters, counting, French, Spanish and Japanese, science and social studies.
We have used this app with children from 4 years old through 8th grade with language/speech delay, autism, dyslexia and other learning disabilities. They have all enjoyed it, but note that it is a timed game, so could be a challenge for those with processing difficulties. Futaba is helpful for encouraging social interaction, turn taking and teaching the concept of waiting for others.
