BridgingApps tracks only special need applications that run on the Android and Apple markets. The Kindle Fire uses an operating system that utilizes a custom version of Android. In order to purchase an application on the Kindle, users must access the store called Amazon Appstore for Android. Because the Kindle uses its own custom operating system and has its own store, the store may not have all of the special needs applications that we track.

My daughter has Down Syndrome, What Apps do you have for her needs?
Hi Diane-
Thanks for your question! At this time we don’t track Kindle Fire apps because they are only available through Amazon. Therefore, we don’t have any lists. But please do contact us if there is anything else we can help you with.
Sincerely,
Julie Melton Smith
