Are there apps for communicating between school and home, or between paraprofessional and parent?

We like Daily Notes + Todo, Teacher Notes, Outliner for iPad and Evernote. We also find that many parents and caregivers simply use the Notes app that comes with the iPad to communicate back and forth from home to school and vice versa.
