The BridgingApps Fort Worth local meeting was held on Jan. 21 at the Starpoint School on the TCU campus.  We discussed the importance of Executive Functioning skills.  Executive Functioning is an umbrella term for the management (regulation, control) of cognitive processes, including working memory, reasoning, task flexibility, and problem solving as well as planning and execution. We learned about several apps that can assist individuals with organization and time management by “externalizing” those tasks. Some of the apps we discussed were First Then Visual Schedule, Wunderlist, 30/30, Inspiration, and various timer apps.
