Toca Doctor Lite is a great app for kids with and without special needs. Through the game, the child plays a variety of five games to “cure” the “patient”. The games include touching and dragging a piece through a maze, completing puzzles and physics games. The app is great to use as a social story about visiting the doctor as well as for fine motor skill development. We have used this app with children between the ages of 3 and 10 with diagnoses of speech delay, developmental delay, autism and Down syndrome.
