The DBT Diary Card and Skills Coach is a mindfulness app for helping individuals recognize their behaviors and manage emotions. The app includes a calendar, coaching, customizing features, a DBT Reference, graphics and logs.Â DBT-Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a form of psychotherapy that was originally developed by Marsha Linehan.Â We have used this app with a few students who have behavioral issues as part of their behavioral intervention plan. Journaling their thoughts helps the kids to recognize negative behaviors.
