BridgingApps Austin group met on Wednesday May 29, 2013. Â Everyone shared their background and talked about ways they are using mobile devices with people with disabilities. Â Its always interesting to me to find out the many different ways that technology is being used to improve lives. Â The “sharing” portion of the meeting is always my favorite.
We discussed plans for our group and how we can make the information more relevant. Â Then we took a look at one of the new accessibility features in iOS6 called “Guided Access”. Â We discussed how guided access could be used in each of our respective fields.
