List Highlight: BridgingApps Caregiver Apps

November is National Family Caregivers Month. There are 63 million family caregivers in the U.S.—around 25 percent of the adult population—and many struggle to balance unpaid caregiving with paid jobs; have health issues of their own; or face other special challenges.

To help out, we’ve created a BridgingApps Caregiver Apps list of technology that assists with everything from basic health tasks, to grocery shopping, to taking a little quiet time for yourself. (A key principle of caregiving: keep yourself healthy and happy, and you’ll be much more effective at keeping your loved one healthy and happy!)

Watch this blog throughout November for more articles and tips on caregiving!
