Official Go for the Goal Contest Rules
All persons over 18 years of age or older are eligible to win except for employees of Easter Seals Greater Houston and their immediate family members. NO PURCHASE REQUIRED TO ENTER OR WIN.
We will not share your information with any entity, however you will receive information from BridgingApps with an option to opt out, if desired. Each entrant must register with BridgingApps.org and like the BridgingApps Facebook page to be eligible to enter the drawings or be considered for the Gold Package.
Each person who enters the Go for the Goal contest is eligible to enter all three drawings for a FitBit Zip, but may win only one fitbit zip.  The drawings will take place on July 15, 22, 29 at 12 p.m. by using software Rafflecopter through Facebook.  All participants need only to enter once to be eligible for all 3 drawings. Winners will be notified by the email address provided during registering with BridgingApps and will allow for arrangement of item to be shipped.  BridgingApps will publish the winner’s name on BridgingApps Facebook page, once the winner has been notified. In the event that a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond to email or is disqualified for any reason within 7 days, BridgingApps will select another winner using Rafflecopter.
One entry per person, but multiple people from the same family may enter the contest, however entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations or logins, or any other methods will void that entrant’s entries and that entrant may be disqualified from the contest.
In the event of a dispute as to any online entry, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed to be the entrant. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holders.
The BridgingApps team is comprised of Easter Seals Greater Houston employees who will manage Rafflecopter software to conduct the randomized drawings. All decisions as to the selection of the potential drawing winners are final and binding.
On August 8th the BridgingApps Team will select our 5 favorite goals/stories, post them on BridgingApps, and ask the public to vote for their favorite story in the form of “likes†via Facebook through August 12, 11:59 a.m. On or about August 15, 2016, the BridgingApps team will tally the “likes†of all eligible entries received by August 12, 11:59 a.m. via the BridgingApps Facebook page to determine which entrant/story has the most “likesâ€.  Whichever entrant receives the most “likes†will be the Gold Package winner.  The winner will be notified by email. The odds of winning the Gold Package for the five finalists will depend on the total number of likes received.
In the event that a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond to email or is disqualified for any reason within 14 days, BridgingApps will select the entrant from the remaining 4 finalists who received the most “likes†and so on.
Except where prohibited, participation in the Go for the Goal contest constitutes entrant’s consent for BridgingApps and Easter Seals Greater Houston to use entrant’s name, likeness, prize information, content captured during or about winner’s goal and story, (including photos, videos, interviews, voice, any comments, testimonials or other feedback related to prize or contest experience, whether written or oral), city and state of residence for promotional purposes in any media without further consideration.
BridgingApps and Easter Seals Greater Houston reserves the right to remove any inappropriate or offensive material from www.bridgingapps.org or BridgingApps Facebook page.
