Kids back at school and struggling to finish their nightly reading?  We’ve got a free tool that we want to share with you that is one of our favorite apps for reading.  Whether you are reading on the go or just want to find a way to make reading easier… you will love this free app.  Speechify is available on iOS and as a Chrome extension for your computer. Speechify makes reading easier, especially if you are trying to get through passages in a shorter amount of time.  We love that you can simply take a picture of any passage and have it read to you. Users can adjust the reading/listening rate. Another really cool feature is you can upload PDFs of books or reading assignments, using the Chrome extension.  Their unique IA voices, make listening to these read alouds even more engaging, since the voices sound natural and their are many human like voices to choose from (should you choose to subscribe to their premium plans).  Feel free to share this with a friend and join us for our next Lunch & Learn to find out all about out and just how easy it is.
